Orange County Public Schools-Economic Surveys . For this school year 2023-2024 you do not Student do not have to complete a meal application for the student. After careful consideration and a comprehensive evaluation of the benefits linked to providing nourishing meals to every child in our schools, it has been decided that ALL existing OCPS schools will be implementing the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program, allowing ALL students to receive breakfast and lunch meals at NO CHARGE.
