If your child does not attend one of the schools listed or If your household has students attending BOTH CEP and Non-CEP schools, please complete ONE Meal Benefit Application for the entire household. You do not need to submit a Household Income Form.
Our school is participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program. The CEP provision is available to schools with a high percentage of economically disadvantaged students. Under CEP all students receive a breakfast/lunch at no charge for the entire school year. However, to determine eligibility to receive additional benefits for your child(ren) that include but are not limited to waivers for school fees, field trips, pre-school and after-school care, funding for technology and internet access, Youth Service Centers, Family Resource Centers and increased funding to support student education, you will need to complete a Household Income Form.
What you will need to provide for this process:
- The names and incomes of every member of your household
- The school and grade of every student in your household
