How do I get help?

How long will this take?

The entire process should take 15-30 minutes depending on the size of your household and the information you are required to enter.

How long does it take to review my Survey?

In most situations, your district should process your Survey within 10 working days of receiving it. However, by submitting your Survey online that time is shortened in comparison to paper Survey submissions.

Contact your district directly if you need further assistance or have questions about completing this online Survey.

This will quit the online Survey process and remove all of the data you have entered.
