Getting Started

What you will need to provide during the survey process:

• The names and incomes of every member of your household
• The school, grade, birthdate of every student in your household
• Your social security number and electronic signature
• (Optional) A valid email address or phone number for district communication about the status of the application.

• THIS HOUSEHOLD ECONOMIC SURVEY IS FOR THE 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR.
This survey is only for CEP schools, where all students eat breakfast and lunch at no cost. Filling out this survey will aide in verifying your child’s status and potentially qualifying for benefits through other sources – not related to nor dictated by OCPS. Such benefits are: Gifted education programs and waivers for SAT/ACT/PSAT test fees.
• If your student is attending: Atwater Bay Elementary, Luminary Middle or Innovation High, you need to complete a Meal Benefits application using this link: myschoolapps.ocps.net
