Getting Started
What you will need to provide during the application process:
- The names and incomes of every member of your household
- The school, grade, birthdate of every student in your household
- Your social security number and electronic signature
- (Optional) A valid email address or phone number for district communication about the status of the application.
Dear Parent/Guardian:
Children need healthy meals to learn. Prince William County Public Schools offers healthy meals every school day. Breakfast costs $1.60; lunch costs $2.60 at elementary schools, $2.75 at middle schools, and $2.85 at high schools. Your children may qualify for free meals. If you have not already turned in a new meal application, one must be completed for the new school year to be eligible for free meals and other possible benefits. School meal eligibility does not roll over from year to year. It is important to submit a completed application as soon as possible.
