Our school is participating in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) under National School Lunch Program. The CEP provision is available to schools with high percentage of economically disadvantaged students. Under CEP ALL STUDENTS receive a breakfast/lunch at no charge for the entire school year. However, to determine eligibility to receive ADDITIONAL benefits for your child(ren) you will need to complete a household and income form. We limit access to family income data to only those with a true “need to know”. We are required to gather this information in order to determine eligibility for Free or Reduced meals. In addition, many federal agencies use this data to provide funding for resources which may also benefit your children. Some examples of how we use this funding in our district are: Youth Service Centers, Family Resource Centers, equipment and resources for high speed Internet access and other beneficial programs. Please fill out the requested information on the Household Information Form which will assist in our efforts of providing accurate data.
